A comfortably furnished stone and slate Victorian house, Meadow Bank is a real home from home.

Downstairs
 
Meadow Bank has a large lounge/dining room which is comfortably furnished with 3 sofas, wing armchair, coffee tables plus sideboard and dining table able to seat 10.  It has a flat screen TV, Sky, DVD player, micro hi-fi system.  In addition, there is a separate small sitting room with original period fireplace, TV and 2 single pull out guest beds.
 
The kitchen is one step up from the dining room.  It is fully fitted with Farmhouse pine units and integrated appliances include a double oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and 4 ring hob.  Other essentials provided are microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
 
With the exception of the kitchen which is quarry tiled, Meadow Bank is carpeted throughout.

Upstairs

All of the bedroom and landing windows offer superb views. Each room is individually decorated with co-ordinating bed linen, wallpapers. All rooms are furnished to the highest standards with Victorian-style pine wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables. Lighting detail has not been forgotten, with two way switching from each bed.

The Master Bedroom is at the front of the house. The double bed is flanked by small chests each topped with a bedside lamp. The ensuite shower room has rustic white and pink ceramic tiles and an Aquilisa power shower.

The other three bedrooms are at the back of the house, and two of these rooms have fine views towards the beck. There is one double bedroom with a crisp blue and white colour scheme, one twin room co-ordinated in blue and white, and another twin room co-ordinated in pink and grey.

There are two bathrooms, both upstairs. The larger bathroom boasts a white 5-piece suite of bath, power shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin and bidet. Rustic white ceramic tiles, most laid diagonally, with small inserts and attractive pink and white tile borders, protect the walls. The second bathroom contains a white suite consisting of bath, (with Victorian style hand-held shower) washbasin and toilet. Again, rustic white ceramic tiles line the walls, with blue and green border tiles.

Other Detail

For families with young children, we provide a stair gate and a modern cot and mattress, which complies with UK standards. (Please bring your own cot linen and blankets). A high chair is also provided.
